Have your partners, friends or relatives registered for the adidas INFINITE TRAILS World Championships? Then you should definitely come with them, because the World Championships from June 22 to 24 in Gastein, SalzburgerLand, will be a unique experience for participants and spectators alike. You can get close to the action and follow your loved ones’ progress in the race. Thanks to buses and cable cars, you can always stay one step ahead of them, so that you can loudly cheer them on along the route. From the sunrise on the Gamskarkogel, and delicious Kaiserschmarrn pancakes on the Graukogel, to the summit party on the Stubnerkogel – we guarantee that you’ll never find it boring.

There will be a morning run with sporting legends, a yoga session at the Alpentherme, an open-air cinema and a pre-race brunch, as well as lectures given by experts. So there will be a whole range of side events in which you can get involved. You’ll be spoiled for choice.

In case you’re also an ambitious athlete, anyone can take part in the Vertical Open, the Prologue of the World Championships. It is an individual uphill on the Stubnerkogel. You must get yourself up to the top, but you can take the cable car back down again until 12:00 midnight. At the top, we will have a great summit party.

Gastein Tourism offers a special package for spectators and companions that includes bus and cable car transport. This will take you quickly from one hotspot to the next so that you never miss your team.

Visit our hotspots at the mountain lodges along the race route, and discover the trails in the largest National Park in Austria and the Alps, which is one of the most beautiful high mountain landscapes on Earth.

You will also have access to the Alpentherme, which hosts the Athletes Garden. This means that, after the race, you can relax with the athletes in the thermal water bathing lake or the sauna.

The Alpen Arena in Bad Hofgastein forms the backdrop for a unique start and finish area. This is where we will celebrate the World Champions with you, as well as every handover and, of course, all the teams that finish.
